How to reserve equipment

  1. Select your destination:
    • ANDORRA-SOLDEU
    • ANDORRA-EL TARTER
    • ANDORRA-CANILLO
  2. Choose the booking option you prefer: EQUIPMENT HIRE or RESERVE LOCKER.
  3. Select the dates you wish to ski and the duration.
  4. Enter the promotional code, if you have one.
  5. Use our booking engine to select the range of ski/snowboard equipment that suits your gender, skier level and age (Man, Woman, Child), mode, etc. You can also add a locker to your shopping basket. (Note: you can store up to 5 pairs of skis/snowboards in 1 locker).
  6. You can check the details of your purchase at MY BASKET. Once you’ve finished selecting items for your basket, click on CONTINUE to enter the information for each person using each pack of equipment you’ve reserved.
  7. You need to enter the information for each person using each pack of equipment reserved in BOOKING DETAILS. What’s more, you can also include cover against the equipment being stolen or damaged. Once you’ve completed the details of the people using the equipment, click on CONTINUE and enter the PURCHASER DETAILS.
  8. In PERSONAL DETAILS, you need to enter information on the person making the purchase and the data required for payment. Our system will ask you to register, which will make it much easier for you in the future as you’ll be able to log in with your username and password, manage your reservation and purchases and change or cancel your orders.
  9. Once the online payment is confirmed, our system will send you two emails: the first with your username and password and the second confirming your purchase.
  10. Your equipment and locker will become available the day before your first day of skiing.

CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLING MATERIAL HIRE AND LOCKER RESERVATION.

Clients can modify or cancel their reservation at any time via skirapid.com. Should you have any doubts, please don’t hesitate to contact us via email: booking@skirapid.com or by phone: (+376) 875 528.
In any case, you will not be charged if you cancel your reservation within the period of time established.
Within less than 24 hours and no-show: 100% of the reservation will be charged. In any case, refunds will not be made for any products taken out and not used voluntarily by the client.
